Pros

When assigned you are given the privilege of test driving European made vehicles such as electric vehicles. Good company of fellow drivers. Schedule flexibility is a huge positive including being granted time off when requested.

Cons

Lack of detailed initial and what I believe to be necessary, recurrent driver training. This translates into a variance of understanding among drivers as to what is expected when driving and reporting test drive results.

Management, too many boss, everyone is on a powertrip. Management belittles staff. Worst management I ever worked for. Lots of problems.

The most generous company imaginable with paid time off. Easiest job I have ever had. Always treated fairly by upper management. Been their for 2 years and planning on staying. Good dependable drivers are taken care of.

Cons

They tend to over-hire some years,not stressing the job may be seasonal.
