      Pros

      If you can avoid accidents, it's an easy gig. Careful which assignment you pick; brake tests are grueling days, in traffic (purposely), if you're lucky you will get a good supervisor.

      Cons

      Lead drivers and managers seem to have an ego deficit, constantly telling you their accomplishments; or making up impractical rules to remind you they are in control. You will have no warning of when the job ends. Drivers call in sick depending who the "lead" is that day, so expect to get a call at 4 in the morning to get to work now.

      Pros

      Management will throw anyone under the bus to make sure they look good to the customer. This includes managers, leads, trainers, and of course the individual contributor.

      Cons

      Unprofessionally Managed and operated with total dedication to hide truth when it makes the company look better.
