Pros? Couldn't find any. Maybe driving a nice car?

Cons

If you only look for part-time work, then this might be for you. You never know when you get scheduled, hours are up and down. At least you don't have to hang around the office in Long Beach for a while, because the office people are lazy, spend their time mostly on their cell phones instead of working. They are unprofessional and the lady who runs the office is rude to everyone and badmouthes everyone. Stay away! Bad vibes!

The people in my immediate department are awesome, the pay is great and the job allows for multiple angles of communication throughout the departments.

Cons

Communication bogs down when decision need to be made. It is an organization which has to many chiefs who have the best ideas. There needs to be change and communication would be a great start.
