Work / Life balance is very unhealth. Expected to work well above agreed hours. Rules are arbitrary on when they will be enforced. They would rather let people not follow rules instead of setting up a culture of good policy. It takes so much to get rid of bad apples, butthey will let the good ones go without hesitation.

There can be a lot of drama, some workers are not held as accountable as others, and pay is definitely not fair from employee to employee. There are some employees who have been in my position just as long as I have and make 25k more a year than me.
