Pros

Great benefits working for a large network and continuing education within pays off!

Cons

Racial tention with nurses, they hardly ever say hello, just giving order, back stabbing, liars and fake an phony, very rude to STNA's of color, no manors or home training. It's know that upper management feels the same way because it trickles down from the top. The pay is way too low for any STNA to get ahead unless going too school. Hard working aides with little to no gratification for work being done. Way too much work for little pay, too much responsibility, and you can make more working elsewhere.

Pros

Treat employees well. Pay was above average. Benefits are par with industry. They are growing in the region, so there is room for more nurses.

Cons

If you are not an Seventh Day Adventist you will not be promoted above director. The president has given all of his children and their friends leadership positions. Nepotism!!
