      The pay in the department was good for managers/directors

      Cons

      Pay wasn't good for hourly employees Micromanaged, manipulated, and backstabbed from the directors in order to make themselves look good for the higher ups. HR only hears one side of the story I saw that multiple times. They wasted money on stupid stuff instead of just giving the money to employees, who wants a fake coin comminating COVID really!!? If a director didn't like you, they would rally other employees to say bad things about you or your work ethic.

      Pros

      Loved working here initially, the whole company has went downhill very fast. Can’t retain nurses due to low pay and poor conditions. They’ll say they gave us a market adjustment, but it was just an eye opener that we weren’t making near as much as other hospitals in the area.
