Pros

Free coffee, nice office, free water I guess.

Cons

Health insurance is horrible, no room for growth. Everyone in consumer care department has been in the same positions for years. I received a .14 cent raise after being there for a year and a half. I couldn't believe it. Dealing with customers is frustrating but its frustrating how little growth there is and how the people in this department just accept it. It's just really sad a huge company like this is ran this way. Oh also Keurig does not care about the environment at all. I learned a lot about that working here. It's horrifying.

Pros

Worked fully remote throughout covid and now it's hybrid. they're very flexible about working hours

Cons

Pay rate is low for a person with Bachelors but it's good pay for someone that didnt pursue a degree and has work experience. Barely a chance to level up to supervisor/manager in career until years later, unless you change your department.
