My favorite part of this job is being able to manage myself and work independently. My coworkers/managers are very caring and eager to help.

Cons

Putting miles, wear and tear on my personal vehicle can be stressful, but I plan to purchase a dependable used vehicle which gets excellent gas mileage to remedy this concern in the near future.

Not really much room for growth. Jobs are currently questionable as we just went through a huge layoff and it has been said that there is still another round to come before year end. Looking at benefits for next year... we are really getting shafted. DPS cared about what they were presenting to us. They gave us options. We are getting ONE insurance choice for 2019. Spouses are not covered - seems like that was a Keurig thing. The health insurance they have selected for us is substandard, to say the least. Who has ever heard of Meritain Insurance? Looks like they want the majority of their employees to get onto their spouse's policy if they can so the company can save even more money. The bad thing about being bought out by a holding company, they want to turn a profit on their investment, any way possible. They don't care what it costs their employees.
