Boys Club

Business Outlook

Pros

It seemed like a company with leading brands and market share

Cons

As a woman, I have to agree with the boys club comments I've seen on this and other job boards. The outgoing CEO Bob Gamgort's legacy will be creating a boys club in which men thrive in careers and women are very intentionally not included or permitted to participate. The culture is highly toxic, bonuses are low, pay is not keeping up with inflation. I don't recommend.
