Pros
Great company culture (across all levels of management), immense amount of technical knowledge in the engineering team. Clear career path, with clearly responsibilites on each level. There truly is opportunity for growth. Expecting responsibility from engineers, but also granting sufficient authority. The companys core value “We are all adults” really shows. (Eg.: Unlimited PTOs. They trust their employees that they won’t abuse it. And they actually don’t) HR team is the greatest I met. Upper management is really approachable Yearly, fully compensated company getaway is a blast.
Cons
Pay is just above mediocre in my area. Pay increases that come with promotions are also lacking in my opinion. There is no room for asking for higher pay, the salaries are supposedly set in stone.
