Very lean times ahead

Pros

Very collaborative environment, from corporate office to field locations. Leadership team is easily accessible and values input. Benefits and starting pay are slightly above industry average. For a mid-cap org., bureaucracy is limited, with a reasonable amount of flexibility.

Cons

One must aggressively negotiate starting salary, as raises and bonuses are the exception, rather than the norm. Employee morale is low, given significant WFR. Revenues have eroded over last several quarters. No employee development and limited opportunities for advancement, outside of business development or operations.

Pros

Starting salaries are competitive + a sign-on bonus. They pay for your bus ticket or parking.

Cons

No leadership. Some incompetent people with personal agendas lead the company. Tone at the top seems to be don't ask, don't tell. There are a lot of reductions in force as a knee jerk reaction to the financial situation of the Company only to go on a hiring spree soon after. A while later, the cycle repeats. Salary increases are not the norm. Many complained of not getting salary increases for years. Too many "Egos" at the top. High turn-over.
