First year was good...last few were like a roller coaster!

Pros

Some great and friendly people work at Key. If you are in good graces with the upper tier management all will be good and smooth sailing

Cons

Extremely cliquish leadership...the only way to grow in this company is to kiss some serious a$$ and step on others on the way up the ladder. It can be the classic management style of "what have you done for me today?" or take credit for what others have done and then when they screw up punish the subservient. People are constantly looking over their shoulders as the powers that be continue to RIF and hire at a crazy pace. It's the ol' jerk the dog on a chain routine, so the "loyalty" is for sure a mirage.

Better Opportunities Elsewhere

Pros

Consistent salary and centrally located in the city.

Cons

Fair treatment is dependent on who you’re friends with instead of the quality of your work. There’s no trust on behalf of management towards employees and it shows. The entire previous executive team pretty much ran the company into the ground.

Great boss, lousy company

Pros

I work with great people, have a great boss, pay is decent, occasional bonuses, flexible schedule

Cons

High turn over mostly due to lay offs when management has made poor financial decisions and has to cut costs... employees are usually the first to go... continuous change to bonus structure (when we get one).
