Very unhealthy workplace, Extremely poor pay.

Pros

They did have some occasional hybrid work. Although, it was temporary.

Cons

Very low pay Very high caseloads of up to 25 people Hostile work environment. Supervisors tolerate racism on the job from employees, for the sake of having help. Blatant disrespect from supervisors. Also a lot of favoritism.

Caring team, I enjoyed coworkers

Cons

Let go of a bunch of professionals without any warning over COVID. No explanation. Hired people during this time as well. Job roles poorly defined. Definitely some biases with race and gender. Toxic work environment.
