Great company to work for!!!

Pros

Takes good care of employees, good benefits, encourages personal career growth, good training opportunities, great place to start career in mental health

Cons

No pay raises for employees (despite superior yearly employee evaluations), lack of communication within company and individual offices, management problems in some programs within company

Good experience for resume and health insurance were the only benefits.

Pros

Build a great resume with lots of immersive experience, state health insurance, limited amount of company vehicles, gas mileage reimbursement was fair.

Cons

As mentioned above, a lot of politics went on behind the scenes. You were required to travel into sometimes far away high crime and dangerous neighborhoods w/ no overtime allowed. Caseload quantity was extremely high and stressful.

Pros

Wonderful therapists who truly care about the clients. They have generous benefits and PTO. Management can be very flexible depending in life circumstances. They provide good training opportunities.

Cons

A lot of politics behind the scenes. There are limited opportunities for advancement and do not seem to care to retain valuable employees.
