Great place to get experience as an LGPC or LCSW. Supportive team members and a fairly flexible work environment. Excellent clerical support. Opportunities for free CEUs

Cons

Low compensation. Minimal opportunities for advancement and company does not offer raises based on experience. High no show rate given community mental health setting.
