Great people to work with - but the company is struggling to cut costs which means jobs

Pros

pto benefits are great. Most positions start at 20 days annually. People are great to work with. I worked with some great managers nationally who really cared about their employees.

Cons

Constant layoffs and reorganizations. You can literally live in limbo of losing your job for months.
