Pros
I can mention the following :many vacation days and holidays; good corporate culture; good work environment; security and safety; information sharing-communication.
Cons
I applied for many positions that I was qualified and I met or exceeded the job requirements. In most cases I didn’t get any feedback. In business interactions with the selected candidates I learned that they lack of basic banking knowledge. I putted significant efforts to rectify their mistakes and explaining processes that they didn’t understand. Unfortunately hiring process at Key bank is not the best. Hiring managers and recruiters persuade some personal or departmental interests; they are not focused on overall bank success.
