You will get to validate many different models since they work in an agile style.

Cons

The cost is that you'll be worked to the ground. Countless deadlines and managers who have no regard for human dignity. You will be treated like you are in a primary school. Useless feedback and never given a chance to object to anything. It's simply a dictatorship.
