Pros

Offers the standard benefits. They have a lot of projects and appear to be growing steadily. Not a horrible place to work but not excellent either. Senior Management is not that great.

Cons

PTO is bad. The pay is lower than in other similar size firms. Getting a raise is hard in this company. They will usually only give you the minimum amount (2-3%) and a low bonus, if that ($500). Pay is just horrendous! You need to negotiate well when you are initially hired else you will make little money. Once you are hired you are forgotten about; there is very little interest in investing in you. Training is a joke. Employee morale is low. They spend a lot of money on Xmas party and other useless events instead of returning to employees as a bonus.

Pros

Great people Growing company Stable Work-life balance Interesting work being done

Cons

The Chief HR Officer was an absolutely horrible hire and he is not good for the culture. He is faking his way through doing any work and everyone knows it.

Pros

Good corporate culture - work hard, play hard, and understands work-life balance. Management passionate about company. Very customer oriented - takes pride in having repeat customers. Competitive benefits.

Cons

Too many initiatives/priorities that are not well thought out or understanding of impact of competing priorities. Communication could improve between management and staff. Information tends to be silo'd based on work location. Skills training is rare, often left to the employee to pursue training/knowledge.
