KeyLogic continues to grow and more and more opportunities are becoming available. The success of the company has only increased it's committment to the empoyees. After recently celebrating another anniversary with KeyLogic, I happy to be a part of the team.

Cons

Groth can be difficult, I hope we can continue to keep our culture in place.

Jon, the CEO/God LOVES TO SCREAM and FIRE people on the spot. Everyone is afraid of contradicting him or trying to change his mind. All of the management and HR are his college friends and relatives. Good luck trying to get a promotion.

No cons for this company from my perspective -- except perhaps this whole COVID-19 shutdown and social distancing thing. That keeps us separated a lot.
