Pros

They pay you pretty well and develop you into a decent sales person but once you’re good enough to start making the money they pretty much just leave you alone

Cons

You’ll probably get micromanage and pressured to sell more at all points All promotions are peer comparison based

Pros

Entry level sales jobs that will actually hire you for no experience (prefer it actually).

Cons

Territory will make or break you. Areas are often 3+ hours away from home and local ones are kept by managers. Metric driven - if you hit your quota but don't hit the other metrics it is used against you.
