Pros

Good training program for those first starting in sales. I worked with good people. Very good sales experience for those who enjoy selling used cars, timeshares, or Life Insurance

Cons

Base Salary is okay for a starting sales job, but driving 1,000 miles per week and spending 3 nights a week in a hotel room to try and sell an above average product at a premium price to hard working people barely getting by isn’t my cup of tea. Commission percentages are laughable compared to the price of the product, but hey, you’ll get your name mentioned in a “feel good”email blast to your colleagues to make up for the minimal commission you’ll make. They’re not very transparent about how commissions work, and when you seek answers “no one really knows”. They expect you to call the same customers over and over again hoping the potential customer to change their mind about letting you in the door in order to no longer be harassed by your cold calls.
