Pros

They seem to be organized company from first look. The advertisement works well. Once you will start your work there will be absolutely no pros.

Cons

The training process will be consisting of basic and straightforward information. No regulations on the numbers or sales strategy on place. They won't teach you anything or let you go further even if you feel comfortable doing your work. After certain period of time the employee will be blamed in slow work efficiency and skills deficit. The initiative to take more responsibilities will be cut off and ignored. CSM (Customer Service Management) department is the worst which is specifically works by their own and disrespect each other. Do not expect any feedback or help at all from any Tech Sales or CSM. Keyence management do not care about the work process and mainly rely on bias opinion of their employees. If you don't along with any person in the company - you will be kicked off immediately. The management have their own "favorites" who were treated well but not anyone who's new or if you have different personal interests which are not along with others. The work environment is hell!!! You will receive tone of calls and requests from the customers. The break time won't be helpful and there will be moments when you won't be able even to go to the washroom. Japanese companies tend to be like that but Keyence will kill you with the amount of work, "unique" company culture and chaotic atmosphere !!! Don't waist your time even applying to Keyence!!! Please keep in mind that most employees are still recovering from the stress and burnout.

Pros

You get everyhting you need - top phone, top laptop, top car - everything is fancy and keyence never makes the impression, that they are saving money on you. If you work hard, you can achieve a lot and therefore increase your salaray drastically with time.

Cons

You have to handle constant unnecessary pressure for no reason whatsoever. Keyence pushes you to the limit either you make it or you are just getting spit out after you break. 14 hour workdays are constant and expected of you and you are getting the looks of your collegues if you spend less time working.

Pros

Good money but at a cost.

Cons

Keyence India is a company where you will love working initially. But gradually you will come to know that they are loving in their own dreamy and perfect world where everything has to be the KEYENCE WAY. Marketing department in Keyence India is a laughter element for all the other departments because it is not respected in any manner. The Marketing Manager (Japanese) doesn’t know about Indian mindset and forces the team to work according to the Japanese standards. All of them, even the MD is stuck to their way which of course doesn’t fetch the result. They didn’t achieve their annual target, some of the branches do not even achieve their monthly targets. They don’t even know the meaning of BTL marketing and their one of the major marketing method is BTL. Only online marketing they perform is email marketing and that too in their own KEYENCE WAY. They are struggling to set up a simple chat marketing dashboard for over 3 months now. You have to say yes to every nonsensical thing they have. They look down on employees who are not that much socially active in the organisation, they judge on the basis of employees’ very individual nature. If the employee is working but does not speak much it means that he/she is not fit for KEYENCE. They judge even if someone quietly walks out after the shift timings for not saying bye to everybody out loud. If you are willing to grow in KEYENCE then please go and start working there… their interview process is like stealing a toy from a child. But if you want your career to be good in long term and want to explore this is not for you. Universal standards are not allowed in Keyence, because KEYENCE WAY has to be followed even if it is nonsensical and time taking.
