You get to work with lots of people of similar age in a highly collaborative environment. Really good sense of team and you do not operate as a loan sales person. Products are top class in industry and Keyence is known as a market leader.
Cons
Hard work, as we are aggressively growing we also want to work harder and faster than anyone else. For some KPIs can be seen as a con, but keyence focuses on both input and output, so even if you are not managing to get the output you can still see your effort&contribution. Managers can also help understand where they can support you.
