Pros

Keyence provides the structure and support for highly motivated individuals to build a career for themselves. Continuous investment in new offices and new employees is a key part of Keyence success. Internal promotion policy means that if you prove yourself capable/suitable for promotion you have great opportunities. Targets are clear and rewards are high. New starter handling and retention has become a clear focus for the company over the past 5 years and expectations of new starters are relative to that persons ability.

Cons

This company only recruits the most motivated professionals. Expectation in terms of how you represent Keyence and work ethic are high. It is a sales role after all so you do tend to get out what you put in.

Pros

Lots of learning and lots of fun with a super innovative company Constantly busy, but with a goal in mind, time flies and it's a very rewarding experience

Cons

If you get stuck with a bad manager, things might not be as great. But in my experience it was lots of fun
