      Pros

      The company offers you a great opportunity to growth inside. There are several opportunity to make carrier based on personal result and effort. It's a young envirorment so it's just up to contribution if you have carrier or not. At the same time all colleagues work together and help each other. There is a sane atmosphere.

      Cons

      For sure in order to make growth every year personal effort it's necessary, but at the same time it's a good place to work in becasue you can trust the company. Never they use you to make their interest. You be a part of the complany from the first moment.

      Good Products Every company you work for after will seem like a dream

      Cons

      Intense micromanagement Expect quick burnout (You will hate your job and life within 6 months) Beyond initial training, there is zero employee development Keyence is not well known in the united states, so expect to do a lot of your own product marketing in your territory Management does not trust employees whatsoever and you will always feel like big brother is watching you (and they will be)

      Pros

      This is a good place to work, they pay very well and provide you with a lot of training and expierence.

      Cons

      they micro-manage everything. You will work between 50-70 hours a week if you are given a large territory. If you do not like to be under the looking glass and always reporting to management then do not accept this job. Also they put you in whichever city they choose out of your top 10.
