Pros

Good Salary Good Sales training Products are very interesting Companies will want to recruit you They have a very good CRM.

Cons

Micro-Management is not productive in long term. Top-down management. Too many metrics (many people cheat to get the numbers right, which creates a very toxic atmosphere). No real career opportunities (You will do the same job for 10 years even if you get promoted, you'll just have more useless meetings) 1 day you are a hero, the next day you are persona non grata. Managers are pure ex-sales guys, whatever their background, most of them have never attended a Business course/school or so, many but not all lack knowledge except from the products and the sales style of Keyence. The turnover is crazy, I saw 10 people leave with 5 burnouts while I was there...
