      Stimulating and various. Good working quality and very good products. A lot of training and continuous improvement and skill up

      Cons

      Salary amount could be a bit improved compared to same level positions in other companies but still some benefits help.

      Pros

      - Good Salary, - Company give you a big bag with full of demo unit, it's very helpfull to sell and presentation to customer. - Good place to learn about how to be sales for fresh graduated.

      Cons

      - Overtime everyday - Japan culture and habit oriented, no space for local culture - Company put many unrealistic target (customer visit, amount target, customer call, account target, etc. ) - 80% growth means nothing. - Most of Product Specialist from headquarter not able to speak english, hard for communication with them.

      EXCELENT PRODUCTS EXCELLENT COMPANY GOOD CAR / SALARIES (YOU DON'T GET PAID ONLY ON REACHING TARGET BUT ALSO WITH A POINTs SYSTEM YOU HAVE TO ASK ABOUT) VALUABLE EXPERIENCE

      Cons

      - You work hard, have to get min number of people to the phone, you work some weekends at the beginning during first months. Depending on range of product but you spend weeks at hotel. - 'DON'T TALK JUST GO ! ' It's hard, mind violent, exhaustive sometimes.. - You have to learn everything alone. - I advise you to prepare to big companies procedures and work style before jumping on the boat.
