Pros

Decent pay out of college and good at providing standard raises. They don't have as high of a base salary, but there is more job security than most sales roles.

Cons

You will work hard and likely have to travel most weeks, especially starting off. They are also pretty strict about being in the office if you are not on sales calls.

Horrible experience

Pros

None come to mind besides it’s a decent paycheck

Cons

Everything Keyence is a burn & churn company and everyone there knows it. Territory was massive, activity goals were unbelievable, and not hitting them was not an option. Not worth the money whatsoever, and many kids will quit before even making it to year 1 mark.
