      Pros

      Very organized organization. Really focused and result driven. They are really generous when it comes to pay and benefits. Complete training will also be provided to ensure each employee will be ready to take on the Sales role. Very good place to be if you're looking to be a Salesman in a professional setting.

      Cons

      Strict culture and long working hours. Result and process driven. It's not a place to be if you're not ready to take on the challenge.

      Pros

      Well paid, lot of learning, custom leadership, you never get bored, you can manage your own projects

      Cons

      Japanese people have the best positions and just a few can get a closer position to them, there are company with more benefits like vacations days, yearly bonus, stock bonus but less salary
