Good Salary Package Company car Japanese management Many learning opportunities Amazing technical training even for non technical Company constantly growing. Despite it's size, Keyence has a startup mentality

Cons

Data based decision making does not always satisfy everybody Some managers are power freaks Work/life balance doestn exist. Get used to long hours on the job and a lot of traveling
