      Great Entry level Sales Job

      Pros

      Strong education and introduction in sales. Rigid work culture and the company treats it's sellers well.

      Cons

      Japanese work culture does not always fit well in San Francisco. Micro-management is a HUGE issue here.

      Pros

      Keyence is a very fair company, giving fair opportunities to everyone including new/younger starters. Everybody starts from the same level as a sales engineer. The more successful, the quicker you get promoted. If you are successful at sales, you are recognised and you are rewarded.

      Cons

      On the other hand, if you prefer to be lazy and you are not successful, unfortunately you won’t be rewarded. so, on this aspect, this sales job is not suited to everybody. Only if you are willing to put some efforts, then you will be ok.

      Pros

      Keyence UK is a growing company, so good opportunities if you are willing to put the effort in. You can gain skills in not only sales, but technical, marketing, recruitment, product launching and much more. If you put the hours in and get results you can progress quickly. The products are second to none!

      Cons

      Hours can be long but the effort does result in rewards!
