Pros

Keyence Corporation provides in-depth technical training and has vigorous sales activity requirements that ensure you are well versed in the Keyence sales technique. These requirements also help to provide exposure to the behaviors and strategies that make a good foundation for a successful career in sales. Keyence Corporation also is on the cutting edge of technology in several of the product lines they sell.

Cons

Keyence Corporation is a very highly structured and regimented organization. Keyence can be frustratingly inflexible and has a strong Japanese corporate influence, bordering on micro-management. There is as much of a focus on the sales approach as on sales results, sometimes to the point of losing focus on results.

Pros

There is a lot of opportunity to learn at Keyence. You will need to wear many hats.

Cons

They are very rigid regarding timing and there is very little flexibility. Training for corporate team members is nonexistent, making the work very trial and error and sometimes gives the feeling of being set up to fail.
