Pros

Working with some of the best people on the planet. Both as people and as technologists. Getting to help clients solve their problems in ways that make sense for them at the time and in to the future. Getting paid when I work, regardless of the client's payment cycle. Being allowed to take as much time off as the client is happy with. Internal tech nights, keeping everyone in the company up to speed on the new technologies in the industry.

Cons

I cannot think of any. I love this place.
