Pros
The people on the team make the company. Chris and Dave (founders) truly care if everyone is happy when you come to work - office door is always open, you can call at any time. I don't know many companies where the leaders are so immersed in the day-to-day success of their people and the company as a whole. They and the rest of the team really make an effort to keep the team tight-knit and supported. It's a good mix of ideas and experiences with folks from 25+ years of experience to those like me with just a few years experience. I may be on the younger side of the group, but I never feel like anyone isn't open to my questions or collaboration, even when I know that they are way more experience than I am. It's a continual learning environment, and you have the support to be successful.
Cons
Having everyone located in different areas provides certain challenges. Individuals must participate in company events and initiatives to interact with team members that are located on other projects. There are definitely opportunities to get people involved, but folks have to be willing to put in the effort.
