      Work hours are flexible. Management is flexible.

      Cons

      Too many gossipy old people that can’t wait to retire. Layers of red tape if you’re a hard working temp. No clue what they're looking for when it comes to permanent hires. Bad morale

      Lots of benefits, 401k match, ESPP, etc. You are only committed to to 1 job - stay in your lane/box.

      Cons

      Extremely process oriented and internal approvals move too slow to be competitive in the market. Not an easy place to implement creative ideas.

      Communication from C-Level staff Pay, Time off and other benefits Flexible schedule Employees are good people

      Cons

      Confusing directives with unsupportive management. Hurtful comments instead of coaching from leadership - “it must suck to be you” Work/life balance doesn’t exist for managers. The “inclusive” culture isn’t actually inclusive to women.
