      Pros

      Strong history of cutting edge engineer. Software products and technical support are world class.

      Cons

      Management only cared about orders and revenue, which are important, but for a technology company to stay relevant, you also have to support the employees and invest in them (i.e. travel, training, equipment, etc).

      Open work hours. Show up within 2 hour window of your start time

      Cons

      The company had a loose work structure was great if you were on a great team - and most everyone was. They seemed to hire great and wonderful people but I didn't get so lucky and was forced to work with a very angry person. They terminated me when I sent them an email saying that I refuse to work with this person due to bullying.
