Cons
For business jobs it seems like you are just a number. Lots of changes going on since the split. Difficult for a raise or promotion that you have earned. Difficult for many jobs to be able to travel to other locations and learn about the company and work on projects/assignments. A lot of employees are very quiet, and a little socially awkward. Difficult to say hi to someone walking in the hallways unless you know them from working with them or helping them. No real opportunities to learn about the products unless you are an engineer/designer etc. Fairly "old" company, people set in their ways. Hard to change. Not too many young professionals. Most jobs are stressful.
