      Company is full of wealth of knowledge to learn from. Has a great flexible work schedule for work/life balance.

      Cons

      Compensation is improving but historically below average.

      Pros

      Work life balance is great, very flexible. Solid, consistent financial performance leads to stability. Lots of people have been here for 30+ years, so it is a great place to work.

      Cons

      Historically we have underinvested in R&D and futures. Staff replacement is skimpy (meaning that you constantly are getting more tasks heaped on you). We run really lean, and this does lead to some burnout. Also, with long history, and being "large" there is a lot of process overhead to work within.

      Very ethical culture, the company offers multiple opportunities for development and talented people do have the opportunity to grow and embrace new challenges

      Cons

      The legacy is the one of a very product centric company, with every division having its own strategy. Now moving toward a more customer centric company where products are augmented by software and services to offer full solutions to help customers succeed. Speed of execution of this transformation will be crucial.
