All of the pros were taken away by the new CEO.

Cons

No raises in 2 years, going on 3 now. They claim they honor DEI but they have people on that team that are sexual harassers and make inappropriate comments to women. Toxic culture.

Culture - there are literally people yelling at each other during meetings. Teamwork - There is none, at least if you work on the business licensing team. Management keeps employees around who lower the morale of everybody. Management - They don't care if the role is the right fit for you. They'll hire you for one role, then make you do another that you never signed up for. Work-life balance - Tons of late night, early morning, and weekend work with no additional compensation. It's expected.
