      Great People but Lack of Passion

      Pros

      Keysight manages to hire some of the best people on the planet. I only had very positive interactions with everyone on the work campus. The pay was also good!

      Cons

      Not many people I met were truly passionate or motivated by the companies mission. Many people were there for the status or paycheck and it showed. The annual meetings always seemed to focus on shareholders and profits more than the mission.
