Would not recommend - don't make the same mistake I did and accept an offer.
Pros
- Benefits are ok, pretty standard for company of this size. - Bonuses every half if the company is doing well. - Sit-to-stand desks. - Gym/locker room facilities.
Cons
- You are forced to work overtime on the last 2-3 days of the month (sometimes every Friday if it's near a quarter or fiscal year end) with no expectation of when you will be released. If you are expecting to have Halloween trick-or-treating with your kids, think again. - Few opportunities for growth. - No flexibility to work remotely. Blizzard? You're expected to use FTO. Month-end, 1am, you might be forced to take your lap top home and work remotely. No consistency in rules. - Have a college degree? Don't expect to make more money than those without degrees/certs. Expect to see people get promoted around you who are favorites. - The business center/CCC was promised a renovated modern area but is now located in an outdated window-less office environment with no plans for improvement other than 'another coffee machine.' - Additional responsibilities often added to job without additional compensation/pay. - High turnover, at least one CSR per month this year fired/quit.
