      Pros

      Genius team, good work life balance, great collaboration and communication, cutting edge technology, good mix of theory and application, good compensation

      Cons

      Very difficult, at entry level you are kind of thrown into a world you probably just have a surface level understanding of from education. If you love learning and engineering, this is not a problem, however, if unexperienced with or adverse to being in a high paced, high expectation work environment, this is NOT the place to be. At desk all day, programming, simulating. In my experiences, digital design has been a pretty undiverse field: mostly male, mostly caucasian. Keysight is not the exception.

      Encourages employees to learn and provides them with the resources needed. Benefits are good and I love the Christmas holiday shutdown policy.
