      Pros

      The people you work with are simply amazing. There was a legacy that its Parent company instilled that once made it a great place to work. The people have not changed, but the leadership and management has. The PTO was also very generous.

      Cons

      Leadership, Morale, Lack of direction. Nightmare Department Ran by merger acquisition.

      Open to remote. Flexible schedules. Interesting technical work.

      Cons

      No good career growth unless you have an in with some higher up. Roles and responsibilities are always changing. Lots of people retiring but very little hiring. Makes a lot of extra work for those that are still there.

      They promised a trip to those that exceeded their quota. After that, they changed their minds. After announcing the trip and everything!
