      Pros

      Very experienced, nice staff, always willing to help. Great opportunity to learn from senior management. Great work/life balance with the ability to work from home when needed.

      Cons

      Recent changes from the company split is leading to a lot of changes, layoffs are typical every couple of years, causing many employees to fear losing their job.

      Was part of a long-established company. Most product lines are dominant or competitive in their market segments. Most managers are reasonably competent.
