      Everyone there is really nice, experienced, and willing to help.

      Pros

      Keysight has good benefits, salary, 401K matching, and medical insurance. The work environment is well managed and pleasant. Job turn-over is very low and there are lots of very senior level engineers to learn from.

      Cons

      The biggest con is that their industry is very cyclical so they have lay-offs every 2-3 years to cut expenses. At times their are too many managers relative to number of engineers.

      Amazing amount of knowledge, flexible work hours, ample PTO, profit sharing, great co-workers, currently being revitalized, travel opportunities, openings for career progression if desired

      Cons

      The salary is standard for the average and advanced employees, bonuses are minimal, company is changing - could be good or bad but it looks good.
