      Pros

      This is a great company, and one where I can be a successful sales exec and still maintain a high ethical standard. My compensation is generally fair, and there's definitely a culture of hiring the right people and letting them do their job. They also invest a lot in continuous training and education.

      Cons

      Being a "new" company, there's a push for outsized growth to become the norm. The investment in the infrastructure isn't necessarily keeping pace with the growth, and I feel my organization beginning to creak and crack under the pressure and workload.

      Still having the culture of HP way. Trust to employees, work life balance, flexible work style, etc.

      average age of employees is so high that it's not good for the future of this company.
