      Pros

      Good challenges, relatively good work/life balance, ethical employer. Management seems mostly competent, with reasonable long-term vision and execution. Company just split from Agilent so we'll have to see what happens.

      Cons

      Most people seem dissatisfied with salary, benefits not exceptional, constantly claiming financial hardship for company despite years of solid profit. Unclear correlation between performance and reward.
