Pros
The pay is decent, wish i had more to add here. Most of the pros of my job have gone down the drain in the last two years.
Cons
In the last couple years in our group they have hired 5 new managers for every 1 technician. Management now leads through intimidation and scare tactics. No responsibility taken by management over their poor decision making. Employees are never given a chance to provide input regardless on how little management understands or how much expertise the employee has. Extremely unrealistic expectations set by managers with zero guidance on how it would actually be achieved. There is no investment in employees. Zero training is provided and retaining talented employees is not their priority.
