Good place to work, could pay better

Pros

Culture of courtesy and fairness. People enjoy working there. Lots of smart people. Care about employee needs outside of work (helped people affected by fires near headqtrs).

Cons

No longer have profit sharing for field personnel and no RSUs in my job. More risk-averse than other Silicon Valley companies. Salaries are solid but not the highest.

flexible and relax, salaries normal, food here is nice, yearly bonus as contract is 2 months

Cons

lake of engineer skill to be learn here, always give you contract position due to company want to achieve cost saving on your headcount. Not appreciate employee.
